Tom Greco

Tom Greco currently serves as the Chairman of the Board at Sabra Dipping Company, a position held since February 2024. Additionally, Greco is a Non-Executive Board Member at both the American Heart Association and Tapestry since September 2021 and December 2020, respectively. Prior to these roles, Greco was a Strategic Advisor, as well as President and Chief Executive Officer at Advance Auto Parts from April 2016 to February 2024. Greco's extensive experience also includes serving as Chief Executive Officer at Frito-Lay from 2011 to 2016 and various leadership roles at PepsiCo, including Chief Commercial Officer and President Global Sales, from 2006 to 2011. Earlier in the career, Greco held senior roles at Frito-Lay, such as Senior Vice President Sales and President of Frito Lay Canada from 1999 to 2006. Tom Greco earned an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University between 1991 and 1993, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Sports Administration from Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne from 1977 to 1981.
