Rob Kleber

Rob Kleber has extensive experience in manufacturing and aerospace, currently serving as a Plant Scheduler at American Highway since July 2022. Prior roles include Shop Supervisor at Diligent Innovation and Fabrication, Production Supervisor at Talbert Manufacturing, Inc., and Production Coordinator at WALCO Tool & Engineering. Rob's career began as a CNC Machinist/2nd Shift Lead at Bernard Welding and included work as a Forklift Operator at Monsanto Manufacturers Private Limited. Rob also served in the United States Air Force from February 1988 to February 1994 as an Aircraft Fuel Systems Mechanic, where responsibilities included maintenance and repair of fuel system components on various aircraft. Educationally, Rob attended Prairie State College, Kankakee Community College, the Community College of the Air Force, and Momence High School.
