Kristin Leonard Pearson

Kristin Leonard Pearson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kristin most recently served as the Vice President of Field Engagement at the American Hospital Association in 2019. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2018, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer at PAWS Chicago, where they provided strategic leadership and oversaw day-to-day operations. From 2001 to 2014, they worked at StayWell (now Krames) as the Executive Vice President, leading a large team and managing multiple business units. Before that, from 1995 to 2001, they held the role of Vice President of Marketing at West Suburban Health Care, with additional responsibility for the women's health service line at the Loyola University Health System. Kristin began their career as a Senior Consultant and Manager at Arthur D. Little from 1992 to 1994.

Kristin Leonard Pearson holds an MBA in Corporate Strategy and Marketing from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Kristin also obtained a BA in Economics from Wellesley College. In addition, they hold a certification as a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) from the Association of Change Management Professionals, obtained in May 2019.
