Mary Weis

Mary Weis is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager for HR Performance Excellence at the American Hospital Association since August 2021, Mary leads strategies to enhance HR processes and employee experiences. Prior to this role, Mary held significant leadership positions including Senior Director of Total Rewards and Acting Vice President for Administration at Aurora University, where responsibilities included designing and implementing benefits programs. Additional past roles include Director of Human Resources at Fox Valley Orthopaedic Institute and Motivation Excellence, Inc., as well as Manager of Human Resources and Benefits at Baker McKenzie. Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Marquette University and a Master's degree in International Relations from the University of Denver.
