Jennifer Kozaily, PharmD, LLM, CPHRM, CPPS has a diverse work experience. Jennifer started their career at Novartis as a Medical Representative from November 2009 to January 2011. Jennifer then joined Florida Hospital as a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Resident from September 2011 to September 2012, followed by roles as a Clinical Pharmacist and Emergency Medicine Pharmacist & Medication Safety Officer from November 2012 to December 2014.

In 2015, Jennifer joined AUBMC, where they served as a Patient Safety and Risk Manager from February 2015 to March 2020. During their time at AUBMC, they also took on the role of PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Preceptor from July 2018 to March 2020.

From 2018 to 2020, Jennifer worked as a Faculty member at the American University of Beirut, specifically for the Salim El-Hoss Bioethics & Professionalism Program.

In 2020, they joined Reem Hospital as a Quality and Risk Manager, where they served until August 2022.

Most recently, Jennifer is currently the Director of Risk Management at the American Hospital Dubai, starting from January 2023.

Jennifer Kozaily, PharmD, LLM, CPHRM, CPPS holds a Doctor in Pharmacy degree from Lebanese American University, which they obtained in 2009. Jennifer completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Florida Hospital from 2011 to 2012. Kozaily further expanded their education by obtaining a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Medical Law & Ethics from The University of Edinburgh between 2018 and 2021. Additionally, they have earned various certifications, including Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) and Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS).
