Natalie Oakes

Natalie Oakes is an experienced Infection Control Manager with a robust background in infection prevention and control across multiple healthcare institutions. Currently serving at American Hospital Dubai since November 2021, Natalie previously held the same title at Amana Healthcare from November 2020 to November 2021, where leadership was provided for infection control across all facilities. Prior roles include Lead Infection Prevention and Control Nurse at King's College Hospital London – UAE, and Infection Control Practitioner at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. Natalie's earlier experience includes leadership positions at NHS Lothian and NHS Dumfries & Galloway. Academically, Natalie holds a Master's degree in Infection Control from UHI, complemented by additional qualifications in leadership and specialized nursing modules related to wound management and non-invasive ventilation.
