Yasser Abdelgadir

Yasser Abdelgadir has extensive experience in customer care and call center operations, currently serving as a Senior Customer Care Executive at American Hospital Dubai since January 2016, following a role as Customer Care Executive. Prior experience includes positions at Dubai London Clinic & Speciality Hospital and Road & Transport Authority - RTA as a Call Center Representative. Yasser spent nearly seven years at Zain Telecommunications in a similar capacity. Yasser holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Mass Communication from the University of Khartoum, earned between 1997 and 2003.
