Charles Kuck has extensive work experience in the field of immigration law. Charles is currently an Adjunct Professor of Law at Emory University School of Law. Prior to that, they were the Managing Partner at Kuck Baxter Immigration LLC and a Co-Founder of the Alliance of Business Immigration Lawyers. Charles served as the Past President of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Charles has also been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Georgia School of Law. Earlier in their career, Charles worked as a Partner at Littler Mendelson and Schwartz Kuck & Associates, LLC. Charles was also a Partner/Associate Attorney at Powell Goldstein LLP and an Associate Attorney at Bryan Cave LLP and Mariscal, Weeks, McIntyre & Friedlander.
Charles Kuck completed their high school education at Eldred Central School from 1976 to 1980. Charles then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Latin American Studies & History at Brigham Young University, which they completed from 1980 to 1986. Charles Kuck furthered their education at Arizona State University College of Law from 1986 to 1989, where they obtained a JD degree in Law.
