Lindsey Bechtold is a seasoned editorial professional with extensive experience in periodical production and content editing. Since January 2012, Lindsey has served as the Managing Editor for the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA), supporting the editor-in-chief in producing the organization's flagship magazine, The Synergist. Prior roles include senior and assistant editor positions at AIHA, along with editorial duties at National Capitol Contracting, LLC, where Lindsey edited and formatted client transcripts while ensuring content accuracy through detailed research. Earlier experience includes a New Media Internship at the Alliance for Climate Protection, focusing on online communications, and tutoring at the University of Mary Washington Writing Center. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a concentration in Creative Writing from the University of Mary Washington, completed in 2010.
