Barry Price

Barry Price is currently a Partner at American Industrial Partners, with previous experience as a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley in Global Capital Markets and Leveraged and Acquisition Finance. Prior to that, Barry held multiple Managing Director roles at Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Inc. in Global Leveraged Finance. Barry also worked as a Corporate Associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver Jacobson, Bachner, Tally, Polevoy Misher, and Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. Barry holds a JD from New York University School of Law and a BS in Biology from Tufts University.
