Barry Price

Barry Price is currently a partner at American Industrial Partners. Prior to this, they were a managing director at Morgan Stanley in the Leveraged and Acquisition Finance and Global Capital Markets divisions from September 2011 to October 2019. Before that, they were a managing director at Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Inc. from January 1998 to May 2011 in the Global Leveraged Finance division. From January 1995 to December 1998, they worked as a corporate associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver Jacobson. Barry began their career as a corporate associate at Bachner, Tally, Polevoy & Misher from April 1992 to May 1995 before moving to Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz as a corporate associate and summer associate from June 1988 to April 1992.

Barry Price attended Tufts University, where they earned a BS in Biology. Barry then attended New York University School of Law, where they earned a JD.
