Kim Marvin

Joined American Industrial Partners in 1997. Served in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Financial Institutions Groups of Goldman, Sachs & Co. from 1994 through 1997. Served as Chief Operating Officer of The American Original Corporation where he was employed from 1985 through 1991. Mr. Marvin graduated Tau Beta Pi from Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering in 1985. Graduated from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration with High Distinction in 1994, where he earned his Master of Business Administration and was named a Baker Scholar.
