Pete Lee

Joined American Industrial Partners in 2015. Previously worked at GSO Capital Partners (the credit business platform of the Blackstone Group L.P.) where he was responsible for the financial reporting, investor reporting, and fund accounting of GSO Capital’s rescue lending funds. Prior to that, Mr. Lee served as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young LLP and provided advisory and assurance services to hedge fund and private equity clients. Mr. Lee graduated with a dual bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business, where he was named a Stern Scholar. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
