Andy Paul, MA, is a seasoned professional in outdoor education and program supervision with extensive experience in risk management and curriculum development. Currently serving as Program Supervisor for NOLS since July 2013, Andy oversees field instructor teams and ensures program quality for diverse educational experiences. As an AIARE Instructor, Andy teaches decision-making and planning in snow and avalanche terrain. Previous roles include Leadership Program Coordinator for Outdoor Outreach, where Andy focused on youth development and outdoor education, and various positions related to data analysis and research for organizations such as PRIO and UNDP. Andy holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in Peace and Justice Studies and a Master of Science in Environmental Public Policy from the University of Denver.
