Brooke Retherford

Brooke Retherford is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and outdoor education. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and previously as Operations Manager at AIARE since September 2018, Brooke has extensive experience in program development and management. At NOLS since May 2006, Brooke held roles including Assistant Director for NOLS Mexico and Expedition Educator, contributing to the development of the Amazon program in Brazil. Additional experience includes serving as Sub-Saharan Bold Leader Intern at BoldLeaders. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Conflict Resolution from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
