June Wispelwey

June Wispelwey is an accomplished leader in the chemical engineering field, currently serving as the Executive Director of AIChE since January 2009, where there is responsibility for providing strategic vision and operational management for the largest organization dedicated to the profession. Previous roles include Executive Director and CEO of the Society for Biological Engineering from October 2004 to December 2008, and various leadership positions at Aventis Behring, Lyondell Chemical, and ARCO Chemical. June Wispelwey holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University.
