Arlene Gonzalez

Arlene Gonzalez has extensive experience in sales support management, currently serving as Sales Support Manager at the American Institute of Physics since December 2011. Previously, Arlene held the position of Manager, Sales Support at Springer SBM from August 2005 to April 2011, managing a team of 8 to 12 representatives and focusing on their development and capability enhancement. Prior to that, Arlene was a Senior Sales Support Representative at Elsevier, from February 2000 to July 2005, where oversight of 18 representatives was a key responsibility. Arlene began a career in sales administration at Ovid Technologies from 1995 to 2000.
