Arayle Freels

Arayle Freels has a diverse work experience. They currently serve as a Senior Program Manager at the American Institutes for Research since April 2023. Previously, from March 2020 to January 2023, they worked as a Mental Health Therapist at ALL THAT'S THERAPEUTIC, INC. Prior to that, from August 2012 to December 2021, they held the role of a Research Associate at the American Institutes for Research. They also worked as a Tutor and Mentor at Two Rivers Public Charter School from November 2008 to May 2011.

Arayle Freels has a strong educational background that spans several years and covers various fields of study. Starting in 2008, Arayle pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology and Human Development at Howard University, which they successfully completed in 2012. Following this, they continued their academic journey at the University of Maryland Baltimore, where they obtained a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from 2016 to 2018.

During their studies at the University of Maryland, Arayle also undertook a certified life coaching program at the American School for Professional Life Coaching, enhancing their skills in this field from 2015 to 2016. Building upon their expertise, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of Maryland, which they completed between 2020 and 2022.

Additionally, Arayle obtained a License in Social Work (LMSW) from the Association of Social Work Boards in February 2018. This certification further solidified their qualifications and expertise in the field.
