Bharati Belwalkar

Bharati Belwalkar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Starting in 2020, Bharati worked as an Industrial-Organizational Researcher at the American Institutes for Research. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2020, Bharati held two roles at the City of New Orleans - Personnel Administrator (Industrial Psychologist) and Senior Psychometrician.

Before joining the City of New Orleans, Bharati worked as a Selection & Assessment Intern at Aon Hewitt from 2015 to 2016.

From 2012 to 2015, Bharati held the role of Project Manager at AROS Consulting, where they also served as a Project Associate from 2012 to 2013.

Bharati's earlier experience includes working as an Assessment Specialist at the City of Jacksonville from 2011 to 2012, and as a Human Resources Intern at the Department of Human Resources, Florida Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2011.

Prior to that, Bharati worked as an Education Consultant at Goenka & Associates Educational Trust from 2007 to 2009, and as a Vocational Guidance Consultant at Prafulta - India from 2006 to 2007.

Bharati Belwalkar completed their education in a chronological order. Bharati obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Louisiana Tech University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology, which they completed between 2009 and 2011.

Additionally, Bharati has acquired several certifications to enhance their skills and expertise. Bharati obtained a Post Graduate Program in Data Science from Purdue University in May 2023. In December 2020, they received the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Bharati also completed the Practical Rasch Measurement - Core Topics certification from The Institute for Statistics Education at Statistics.com in November 2020. Earlier in May 2020, they became a WWC Certified Reviewer in Group Design, certified by the Institution of Education Sciences. Lastly, in February 2020, they achieved the Certified Talent Management Specialist credential from Human Capital Growth.
