Brannan Mitchel-Slentz has a diverse work experience. Brannan started their career as a Learning and Development Intern at Brookdale Senior Living in 2012, where they worked closely with project leaders to analyze and report on data for company culture. Brannan also served as a Special Project Intern at the same company, creating a final report for action planning.

In 2011, Brannan worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Middle Tennessee State University, where they assisted with research, graded papers, proctored exams, and maintained data for the Clinical Psychology program.

From 2013 to 2015, Brannan worked as a Professor of Foreign Languages at Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences, teaching English language classes and designing curricula. Brannan also maintained a database of student progress and assessment scores.

Currently, Brannan is employed at the American Institutes for Research. Brannan'sroles include being an I/O Research Associate, where they work on high stakes test development, facilitates subject matter panel discussions, and provides evaluation support for national educator preparation reform. Prior to their current role, Brannan worked as an I/O Research Associate Intern at the American Institutes for Research, providing technical support for test development and assisting in training subject matter experts.

Brannan Mitchel-Slentz completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Hendrix College from 2006 to 2010. Following that, Brannan pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts degree in I/O Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) between 2011 and 2015.
