Chinmaya Holla has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. Chinmaya began their career as a Development Engineer at Aditi Technologies, where they worked on database management and website design using platforms such as .NET and SQL.

After that, Chinmaya joined Teach For India, initially as a Fellow and later as a Research Associate. During this time, they taught Math and Science to second and third graders while also working with the community to improve learning outcomes for the children.

Finally, Chinmaya is currently working at the American Institutes for Research as a Researcher and Quantitative Research Associate. Chinmaya has worked on various projects in developing countries, including Kenya, Rwanda, India, Jordan, Colombia, and the USA. Currently, they are evaluating organizations in Kenya, Rwanda, and Jordan as part of the UNICEF and DFID's Humanitarian Education Accelerator Program.
