David Prudente, Ed.D. has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. David currently serves as a Senior Researcher at the American Institutes for Research, where they have been involved in conducting research and analysis. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Consultant at the Institute for Strategic Leadership and Learning, INSTLL, LLC, where they provided consultancy services. In 2011, David established their own business, David Prudente Educational Consulting & Training Services, LLC, where they served as the Owner and offered various educational consulting and training services.

During their career, David also held positions in various educational institutions. David worked as a Professor of Economics at the Community College of Vermont from 2011 to 2014. Furthermore, they served as an External Learning Partner at Keurig Green Mountain, assisting in external learning initiatives from 2011 to 2013. David was also an Instructor & Academic Coach at The Stern Center for Language and Learning from 2010 to 2011.

In their earlier years, David worked as an Advanced Placement Economics Teacher at Dulaney High School, and prior to that, as a Teacher at Baltimore County Public Schools. David also held the position of Adjunct Professor of Business at Manchester Community College in 1997.

Before entering the field of education, David started their career as an Associate Account Manager at Organizational Dynamics Inc from 1991 to 1994.

David Prudente, Ed.D. completed their Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Curriculum, Teaching, Learning, & Leadership from Northeastern University from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Teacher Certification in Social Studies from Towson University between 1998 and 2000. In 1996 to 1997, they earned a Master of Science degree in Business from Southern New Hampshire University. David Prudente also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from Northeastern University, which they obtained from 1988 to 1993.

In addition to their academic degrees, David Prudente has obtained several certifications. David received the District Capacity Assessment Administrator certification from the National Implementation Research Network (NIRN) in 2017. In 2015, they completed forty hours of mediation training in accordance with M.G.L. ch. 233 § 23C with MWI in Boston, MA, earning the Trained Mediator certification. Furthermore, they hold a Level II Vermont Educator's License from the Vermont Department of Education, which they obtained in March 2013.
