Monitoring, Evaluation, And Learning (mel) Manager at American Institutes for Research

Elizabeth Stahl has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Elizabeth'smost recent position is as a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Manager at the American Institutes for Research. Prior to this, they worked as a Technical Specialist at Democracy International, where they served as a technical expert in monitoring, evaluation, learning, and information use on democracy activities.
