Elizabeth Stahl

Elizabeth Stahl has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Elizabeth'smost recent position is as a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Manager at the American Institutes for Research. Prior to this, they worked as a Technical Specialist at Democracy International, where they served as a technical expert in monitoring, evaluation, learning, and information use on democracy activities. Additionally, they provided design facilitation, writing, and MEL planning for new business development.

Before that, Elizabeth worked at Crown Agents as a MEL Manager, where they served as a home office MEL Advisor for a USAID/Zambia project and managed a USAID-funded subcontract in Rwanda. Elizabeth also held the role of Senior Project Specialist, where they developed performance M&E and CLA plans for new business development and supported monitoring and evaluation proposals.

Elizabeth also has experience at Palladium: Make It Possible, where they worked as a Manager of Project Operations, managing a portfolio of health policy reform, results-based financing, agriculture, and civil society strengthening programs in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Elizabeth gained experience as a Graduate Student Consultant at IREX, where they designed and conducted research projects focused on media development. Elizabeth also worked at Development & Training Services, Inc. as a Project Manager and Senior Associate, overseeing monitoring and evaluation activities for various projects.

In the beginning of their career, Elizabeth worked as a Public Relations Assistant at Sibley Memorial Hospital, an International Programs Intern at One World Children's Fund, and in sales and front of house roles at Crown & Crumpet Tea.
