Eve Arif

Eve Arif has a diverse range of work experience. Most recently, they worked at the American Institutes for Research as a Research Assistant in the Workforce Program. Eve'sresponsibilities included supporting projects related to adult learning and postsecondary education. Eve also conducted a landscape analysis to identify existing measures of social capital for youth in education.

Prior to that, Eve worked at Social Impact as an Assistant in the People & Culture department. Eve provided operational support for the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives, including drafting content for the external site and developing a DEI&B Policy. Eve also facilitated the onboarding and offboarding process for employees and supported the panel interview process.

Eve also gained research experience as a Research Assistant at George Mason University, where they supported a summer-long research project on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on under-resourced and underrepresented college students. Eve conducted interviews, operated NVivo 12 software, and drafted peer-reviewed manuscripts.

In addition, Eve has experience as an Administrative Assistant at Children's Law Center, an Undergraduate Research Assistant at George Mason University's Department of Psychology, and a Research Intern at The Aspen Institute's Economic Opportunities Program.

Eve also has experience in administrative roles, such as an Administrative Office Assistant at Fairfax Mental Health and Wellness, Inc., and an Associate ABA Therapist at Austism Outreach Inc.

Furthermore, Eve has worked as support staff at George Mason University's Mason Life program and as a Book Seller at the George Mason University Bookstore.

Eve Arif attended George Mason University from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. In addition to their degree, Eve also pursued additional certifications. In 2018, they obtained the Resilience Badge from George Mason University. In April 2021, they completed the Social & Behavioral Research Course from CITI Program, A Division of BRANY. Furthermore, in December 2021, Eve obtained a certification in "The Future of Workplace Learning" from LinkedIn.
