Heather Moldofsky

Project Specialist at American Institutes for Research

Heather Moldofsky has a diverse work experience in project management and coordination roles. Heather started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Maryland in 2014. Heather then interned at the National Endowment for Democracy in 2015, where they gained experience in government relations and public affairs. In 2016, they had internships at the Embassy of Spain and worked in development and communications at VE Global.

In 2017, Moldofsky worked as a Development and Administrative Assistant at EarthRights International and as a Language and Politics Consultant at Expert System. Heather then joined the National Wildlife Federation as a Government Relations and Foundations Coordinator in 2018.

Moldofsky's experience in project management began in 2019 when they joined the International Development Group LLC as a Project Coordinator, where they handled various administrative and financial responsibilities. In 2021, they worked at IMPAQ International as a Project Associate before joining the American Institutes for Research in 2022.

At the American Institutes for Research, Moldofsky currently serves as a Project Coordinator and Project Manager on various projects. Their responsibilities include project management, contract administration, proposal and report writing, data collection and analysis, and budget management. Heather also supports program evaluations by conducting qualitative data collection and analysis and synthesizing data into reports and infographics.

Heather Moldofsky attended Germantown Academy from 2000 to 2012, where they earned their High School Diploma. Afterwards, they enrolled in the University of Maryland from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government. Additionally, they pursued minors in International Development and Conflict Management, as well as Spanish. In 2022, Heather obtained a certification in Learning Gantt Charts from LinkedIn.
