Isabel Nolasco Escalante has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries.

Isabel worked as a Sales Associate at Food Lion from June 2018 to November 2020.

From August 2019 to November 2020, they also served as an Academic Coach at Radford University.

Isabel then participated in the DS4A/Empowerment Fellowship at Correlation One from March 2021 to August 2021. This competitive data analytics training program provided their with exposure to Python, SQL, and Tableau.

In August 2021, Isabel joined the University of Baltimore as a Research Assistant, a role they held until June 2022.

Currently, Isabel is employed at the American Institutes for Research as a Research Associate Intern, starting in December 2021. In June 2023, they transitioned to the position of Research Associate, where they continue to work.

Isabel Nolasco Escalante obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Radford University from 2017 to 2020. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Applied Psychology with a concentration in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Baltimore from 2021 to 2023. Additionally, in September 2021, Isabel obtained an honors certificate in DS4A / Empowerment 2.0 from Correlation One.
