Jessica Valencia Alvarado

Jessica Valencia Alvarado has a diverse work experience. Jessica started their career as a Recreation Assistant at the City of Norwalk, California, where they managed the front desk, assisted with daily tasks at the sports complex, and helped coordinate large city-wide events. Jessica then worked as a Mathematics Tutor at California State University, Long Beach, where they provided one-on-one tutoring and led group sessions for students of varying levels of mathematics. Jessica also worked as a Research Intern through the Ronald E. McNair Summer Research Program, attending a graduate school preparation course under the mentorship of Dr. [Faculty Mentor's Name].

In 2020, Jessica joined CALSOAP Los Angeles as a Data Entry Clerk, responsible for inputting data and maintaining records. Jessica later worked as a Research Associate at SoundRocket, contributing to research projects until May 2023.
