Kayla Trumbull

Kayla Trumbull has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kayla is currently working as a Research Associate at the American Institutes for Research since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as an Assessment Solutions Associate at Aon from December 2021 to March 2023. Additionally, Kayla worked as a Student Consultant at Azalea Consulting Services from March 2021 to March 2023.

In terms of their education, Kayla was a Graduate Assistant in Employee & Organizational Development at Valdosta State University from May 2021 to January 2022. Kayla also worked as a Graduate Administrative Assistant from August 2020 to May 2021 at the same institution.

Additionally, while studying at Agnes Scott College, Kayla worked as an Undergraduate Researcher, where they conducted research on "Supervisors' Gratitude and Employees' Feelings About Their Supervisor and Organization." Their research involved evaluating employees' expressed gratitude in an organizational setting through participant surveys. This research was presented at SEPA at the professional and graduate level and has been published in the Psi Chi Journal of Psychological Research.

Kayla Trumbull completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Agnes Scott College from 2015 to 2019. Kayla then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Valdosta State University between 2020 and 2022.
