Kelly Lane

Learning & Development Associate at American Institutes for Research

Kelly Lane has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and positions.

In 2016, Kelly started working as a server at Columbia Restaurant Group, where they remained until 2018.

In 2017, Kelly joined the University of South Florida as an undergraduate research assistant and later transitioned into the role of study interviewer. In 2018, they became a research project manager, overseeing a NIH-funded longitudinal clinical research trial until 2020.

Starting in 2020, Kelly joined Gecko's Hospitality Group as a server, having previously worked there from 2015-2016 and 2019-2020.

In 2021, Kelly joined The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga as a graduate assistant and graduate teaching assistant.

Finally, in 2022, Kelly became an intern at the American Institutes for Research, where they currently hold the role of Chief People Office Intern.

Kelly Lane completed an Associate of Arts (AA) degree at State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota from 2014 to 2016. Kelly then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology at the University of South Florida, which they completed from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are working towards a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, which they started in 2021 and is expected to complete in 2023.
