Muhammad Naseer

Muhammad Naseer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Muhammad began their career as a Procurement/Store & Logistic Officer at the Department of Health in the Government of AJ&K from 1992 to 1996. During this time, they were responsible for conducting bidder conferences, inviting expressions of interest, and evaluating the quality and suitability of supplies and equipment for healthcare facilities.

Muhammad then worked as an Admin/Finance & HR Officer at the International Plan Parenthood Federation from 2001 to 2006. In this role, they prepared cash forecasts, checked vouchers for accuracy, and prepared monthly budgets according to IPPF policies and procedures.

From 2006 to 2010, Muhammad Naseer served as an Admin/Finance & Procurement Officer at the American Institutes for Research. Muhammad'sresponsibilities included maintaining personnel files, handling procurement tasks, and managing administrative and financial functions.

In 2010, they joined the American Institutes for Research again, but this time as a Procurement Consultant, Procurement Specialist, and eventually as a Manager Procurement. In these roles, they played a pivotal part in procurement activities such as pre-qualifications, evaluating proposals, issuing task orders, and liaising with vendors for various projects.

Muhammad Naseer also had a managerial role at World Learning as the Manager of Administration and Human Resources from 2013 to 2019. During their tenure, they implemented HR policies, determined workforce needs, and oversaw the recruitment process.

Lastly, they worked as a Consultant Procurement Grants at the Education Development Center since 2013. In this position, they conducted bidder conferences, prepared contracts and purchase orders, and ensured transparent procurement of goods and services.

Overall, Muhammad Naseer has a strong background in procurement, administration, finance, and human resources, with significant experience in the education and healthcare sectors.

Muhammad Naseer completed their Master of Science (MS) in Economics from AJK University Muzaffarabad in the years 1999 to 2001. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from Moha-u-Din Islamic University Narian AJK between 2008 and 2010.
