Rebecca (Becca) Fritz has a diverse range of work experience. Rebecca (Becca) started their career as a Research Assistant at the Cancer Neurocognitive Translational Research Lab in 2015 and later worked as an Intern at Becky's Fund in 2017. In the same year, they also worked as an Office Aide at the Institute for Scholarship in the Liberal Arts. In 2018, they became an English Instructor at CHUNGDAHM Learning and worked there until 2019. Becca then joined chungdahmMEDIA as a Freelance Writer in 2019. Currently, they are working at the American Institutes for Research as a Research Associate, a role they started in March 2020.

Rebecca (Becca) Fritz attended the University of Notre Dame from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Neuroscience/Gender Studies.
