Ximena Carías has a diverse work experience in various industries. Ximena started in 2013 as a Mathematics Tutor at Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana - UNITEC, where they helped students with mathematical concepts. In 2015, they became a Physics Laboratory Instructor at UNITEC, guiding students in conducting experiments and providing feedback on their laboratory reports.

In 2016, Ximena worked as an International Agent Internship at LAE Educación Internacional. Ximena then joined BCIE (Banco Centroamericano de Integración Económica) in 2017 as an Intern in the Continuous Improvement Department. Later that year, they had an internship at Banpais in the Operations Department.

Ximena also had brief roles at Gildan as a Junior Rates Engineer & Productivity Engineer and at the Taiwan Embassy as a Senior English Translator.

From 2018 to 2021, Ximena worked at Lear Corporation as a Product Engineer. Ximena'sresponsibilities included serving as a communication bridge between LEAR Honduras, North America, and Europe, designing and validating harnesses for Ford Motor Company, and ensuring the quality of the final product.

In 2019, they taught Mandarin as a Level I teacher at Eiffel Academy. Currently, Ximena is working as a Project Coordinator at American Institutes for Research since December 2022.

Ximena Carías has a diverse education history, spanning various fields of study and institutions. In 2008, they completed their Bachelor of Arts and Sciences at Saint Peter's Academy. In 2011 and 2012, they pursued advanced mathematics through the Iberoamerican Scholarship of Advanced Mathematics at Universidad Pedagógica Nacional 'Francisco Morazán'. Ximena continued their academic journey at Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana, where they earned a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from 2013 to 2017. In 2017, Ximena attended the INCAE Business School, participating in the VIVA Workshop on "How to be a Social Entrepreneur of Impact." Ximena's pursuit of education didn't end there; they obtained a Master's degree in Project Management from Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana from 2018 to 2020. Recently, in 2021 and 2022, they attended the CICCC - Cornerstone International Community College of Canada, focusing on International Business Management. Overall, Ximena Carías has demonstrated a long-standing commitment to their education, exploring various fields and institutes in their quest for knowledge and skill development.
