Kimberly Kassam

Kimberly Kassam has extensive experience in professional development, membership coordination, and customer relationship management. Currently serving as the Professional Development and Programs Coordinator for the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) since October 2018, Kimberly coordinates educational programs and secures Continuing Legal Education accreditation nationwide. Previously, as Membership Coordinator at AIPLA, Kimberly managed nearly 10,000 members and oversaw membership services. Prior roles include Personal Line Account Executive and Licensed Insurance Agent at HUB International and My Florida Insurance, respectively, where Kimberly excelled in sales and customer service. Kimberly's early experience includes working at Nordstrom and supporting children with special needs through Howard County Recreation and Parks. Kimberly holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Towson University and has completed Dale Carnegie Training.
