Kelsy Cummings

Kelsy Cummings is a seasoned educator and advocate with extensive experience in international development and education. Currently serving as a Global Schools Advocate for the UN SDSN with the Global Schools Program since August 2024, Kelsy has held various roles at the American International School Kuwait, including PYP Coordinator and Elementary Teacher. Prior experience includes teaching at the Canadian Bilingual School and holding leadership positions within organizations such as WE and Me to We, where Kelsy managed client experiences and youth volunteer programs. Kelsy’s background also includes serving as a Gender Mainstreaming Officer for the South African AIDS Trust and supervising fundraising efforts for Public Outreach Fundraising. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in International Development Studies from Chulalongkorn University and a Bachelor of Social Sciences in International Development and Globalization from the University of Ottawa.
