Annabelle Bourassa

Annabelle Bourassa, CPA has a diverse work experience. Annabelle started their career as a Senior Accountant at EY from January 2016 to February 2019. Annabelle then worked as a Strategy Consultant at Roland Berger from July 2019 to November 2020. Annabelle later joined EY as a Senior Consultant in People Advisory Services from November 2020 to September 2021. Annabelle then moved on to American Iron & Metal (AIM) as Manager of Finance Transformation and Director of Finance Shared Services from September 2021 to the present. In their current role, Annabelle leads process optimization and organizational transformation projects as the Director of Continuous Improvement - Finance.

Annabelle Bourassa, CPA has a diverse education history. In 2010 to 2012, they attended Collège André-Grasset and obtained a Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Administration. From 2013 to 2015, they pursued their Bachelor of Bilingual Business Administration (B.B.A) with a specialization in Professional Accounting at HEC Montréal.

In 2014, Annabelle briefly attended WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) and studied Business Administration and Management, General. Subsequently, in 2016 to 2017, they returned to HEC Montréal to complete a D.E.S.S. CPA (Diploma of Specialized Studies in Certified Public Accountancy).

Throughout their career, Annabelle also obtained additional certifications to enhance their expertise. In 2020, they completed the "EY Better Us - Inclusion and Belonging - Learning" certification offered by EY. In 2021, they attained the "EY Better Me - Wellbeing - Learning" certification from EY. Furthermore, they attended the SheCodes Coding Workshop provided by SheCodes Workshops, although specific details regarding the completion date are not available.

Recently, in 2021, Annabelle enrolled in Cornell University for a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate program.
