Pierre Malroux

Pierre Malroux, CRHA, is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in the metal recycling and mining industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at American Iron & Metal since November 2021, Pierre oversees HR and internal communications for a workforce of over 4,000 employees across North America, Europe, and South America. Previously, Pierre held key HR leadership positions at ArcelorMittal, including Vice President of Human Resources for Mining and Infrastructure Canada and Head of Human Resources for Downstream Solutions, managing talent strategies for approximately 10,000 global employees. Pierre's career began at Danone, and an impressive educational background includes programs at prestigious institutions such as Wharton and McGill University, as well as a Master's degree from Clermont School of Business.
