Neely Grobani is a seasoned professional in donor engagement, currently serving as the Director of Donor Engagement at American Jewish World Service (AJWS) since April 2014. Responsibilities include managing an international travel program for major donors, developing recruitment strategies, overseeing communications, and enhancing post-trip fundraising efforts to expand support and impact. Previously, Neely held roles at AJWS as a Senior Development Officer and a Development Officer, where event strategy and donor cultivation were focal points. Before AJWS, Neely worked as a Senior Administrative Assistant at UJA-Federation of New York and gained foundational experience as an intern with the Right2Know Campaign. Neely holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, obtained in 2011.
