Christine Defilippis

Christine Defilippis has extensive work experience in the real estate and finance industries. Christine started their career as an Investment Associate at Northern Trust Asset Management in 2000 and worked there until 2003. Christine then joined GMAC Commercial Mortgage as a Senior Analyst from 2003 to 2006. After that, they worked at Capmark as a Senior Analyst from 2003 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Landmark Apartment Trust as a Senior Analyst and stayed there until 2015. Christine then joined Robbins Electra as a Senior Managing Director from 2015 to 2017. Christine is currently working as the Chief Investment Officer at American Landmark Apartments from May 2017 until the present.

Christine Defilippis obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Financial Planning and Services from Florida Atlantic University - College of Business in the years 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Real Estate and Finance from the same institution from 1996 to 2000.
