Grisela Rodriguez, SPHR, SHRM - SCP, serves as the Human Resources Benefits Manager at the American Library Association since August 2014, overseeing employee and retiree benefit plans while leading strategic development of organizational benefit offerings. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at Instituto del Progreso Latino and Human Resources Consultant at various organizations, where Grisela specialized in talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and legal compliance. A graduate of DePaul University with a Master’s in Public Service Administration and a Bachelor's in Management and Human Resources, Grisela boasts extensive experience in human resources management and strategic planning across multiple sectors.
