Sarah Farrugia currently serves as the Campus Food Pantry and Food Security Coordinator at the University of Southern Maine and also works as a Market Information Booth Assistant at Portland Farmer’s Market. Sarah's experience includes a role as a Patient Advocate for the American Liver Foundation and as Executive Director for Decriminalize Maine. Additionally, Sarah has worked as a Social Work Intern at The Opportunity Alliance. Sarah holds a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Southern Maine and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of New England, along with an Associate's degree in Education from Southern Maine Community College.
