Debra Kelley

Debra Kelley is the Senior Director of Health Initiatives and Government Relations at the American Lung Association of California. Debra has been with the organization since 1995, previously holding positions such as Regional Director of Programs and Advocacy, and Senior Director of Advocacy and Health Initiatives. Debra Kelley graduated from Florida International University.
