American Magic - Challenger, 37th America's Cup
Eduardo Baduel is an experienced professional in the marine industry, currently serving as the composites team leader at American Magic for the 36th America's Cup since March 2018. Prior to this role, Eduardo worked as a boatbuilder and shore crew member for Luna Rossa Challenge and held a boatbuilding position at Longitud Cero SL. Eduardo also contributed as the lamination team leader at Future Fibres Rigging Systems, focusing on employee training and the preparation of moulds for composites. Earlier experience includes boatbuilding for Alinghi, where responsibilities involved laying up structures and components as well as assembling finished parts. Eduardo holds a degree in Naval Architecture from Universidad Nacional de Quilmes in Argentina.
