Megan Hoarfrost Beers

Megan Hoarfrost Beers serves as a Senior Manager in Materials Development at TE Connectivity, overseeing a team focused on polymer and composite materials for various products, including connectors and medical devices. With a robust background in materials science, Megan has held multiple managerial and scientific roles within the company, initiating projects related to sealants and adhesives while coordinating global research efforts. Previously, Megan worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Minnesota, studying block copolymer micellization, and as a Junior Specialist at UC Berkeley, where patent work on silicon doping was completed. Megan earned a PhD in Chemical Engineering from UC Berkeley and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University.
