Frank H. Bowley III

Frank H. Bowley III has extensive experience in marine engineering, currently serving as a Marine Engineer at American Maritime Officers since November 2015. Previous roles include Technical Superintendent at Pacific Drilling from May 2014 to August 2015, overseeing operations on the Pacific Meltem and Pacific Zonda drillships. Frank served as Assistant Technical Section Leader (Mechanical and Engine Room) at Seadrill from August 2010 to April 2014, contributing to offshore exploratory drilling operations. Earlier experience includes a progression in various engineering roles with American Maritime Officers from 2003 to 2010 and a role as Field Service Engineer at General Electric, focusing on steam turbine maintenance from 2001 to 2003.
