Erin Williams

Erin Williams has a diverse work experience. Erin started in 2020 as a Sports Referee at Earlywine Park YMCA and then worked as a Retail Salesperson at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. In 2021, they joined AdThrill Inc. as a Marketing Team Member. Erin then had internships at Project Destined, OpenText, and Black Sports Business Academy. In 2022, they worked as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Intern at OpenText and as a Commercial Real Estate Intern at Project Destined. Erin also joined the American Marketing Association as the Head of Public Relations, where they successfully implemented various strategies to engage members and increase public awareness. In 2023, Erin interned as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Intern at Maximus and participated in the Future Star Sales Program at the Detroit Pistons. Throughout their career, Erin has demonstrated a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

From 2021 to 2025, Erin Williams attended Howard University School of Business, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
