Karen Bourdage has over 14 years of work experience in finance and operations. Karen began their career in 2002 as the Director of Finance at Northern Illinois Publishing (Lee Enterprises), where they worked for four years. In 2006, they joined American Marketing & Publishing, LLC as the EVP of Finance. Karen was later promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2016, a position they currently hold.
Karen Bourdage attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accountancy.
