Dave Dutch

Dave Dutch is an experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as an Ordained Minister and Officiant at American Marriage Ministries since July 2025, and as CEO of Red Oak since April 2024, Dutch also holds the position of Executive Chairman at OMG and Grid Monitor since January 2019 and December 2016, respectively. Additional roles include Board Member positions at Clubspeed, Raken, Inc., Realync, and Bestpass, and serving as Executive Chairman at Davisware and Extu. Dutch's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Physics from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA in Finance from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business.
