Olivia Westerbeck

Olivia Westerbeck is currently serving as a Senior Staff Assistant I at the American Medical Association since May 2023, where responsibilities include coordinating calendars, scheduling meetings, and resolving hybrid work challenges. Prior experience includes working as an Editorial Assistant at PVI, PeerView Institute for Medical Education, where tasks involved formatting educational materials and managing workflows for medical programs. Previously, Olivia worked as a Product Photographer at Catch Co., producing high-resolution images and content for social media. Additional roles include a Product Management Intern at United Tactical Systems LLC, a Photography and Editorial Intern at Untapped Cities, and a Copy Editor at The Badger Herald. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Science in Science Communication and a certificate in Studio Art from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with a User Experience Design certificate from General Assembly.
