Shanna Eiklenborg

Shanna Eiklenborg, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Educational Operations at the American Medical Informatics Association since April 2023. Previously, Shanna held the position of Senior Director of Education and Events at the PKD Foundation from April 2020 to April 2023, and spent nearly 17 years at the American Academy of Family Physicians in various roles, culminating as Senior Manager of Live Activities. Shanna's expertise encompasses financial management of divisional and departmental budgets exceeding $15 million, staff management of 13 professionals, and process improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Six Sigma practices. Shanna has a proven track record in strategic planning and revenue generation, significantly increasing revenue for the American Academy of Family Physicians and enhancing educational offerings through effective team collaboration and operational efficiencies. Shanna holds an MBA from Baker University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Missouri State University.
