Tom Rohlfs has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tom began their career in 1995 as an Operations Manager at ACS Inc. From 1997 to 2000, they worked as a Pharmaceutical Account Executive at Pfizer. In 2000, they joined Coram CVS/specialty infusion services as an Account Manager for the North and South Region. Tom later became the Vice President of Business Development and Marketing at Med-Trans Corporation in 2001, a role they held for 18 years until 2019. Currently, they are the National Vice President at Global Medical Response, where they oversee a Business Development team and collaborates with cross-functional teams to provide multi-channel packages to health system clients. Throughout their career, Tom has demonstrated their ability to optimize operational efficiency, enhance team cohesion, and effectively navigate major events and crises.

Tom Rohlfs earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mary, which they attended from 1990 to 1995. Tom also completed an Executive MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2011. Additionally, Tom Rohlfs obtained a certification as a Private Aircraft Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration in 1994.
