Akul Arora

Akul Arora is a Venture Capital Fellow at Wolverine Venture Fund, where involvement focuses on Series A and B ventures since October 2022. As President of the American Medical Student Association (AMSA) since September 2016, Akul has overseen annual medical tools sales for first-year students, managed club finances and national affairs, and established a peer mentorship program between undergraduates and medical students. During time as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at the University of Michigan from October 2015 to May 2019, Akul contributed to research on hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and developed innovative methods in tissue culture and data presentation. Currently pursuing an MBA in Healthcare at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, alongside studies at the University of Michigan Medical School, Akul holds a Bachelor of Science in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor.
